This is yet another view at Big Sur from the restaurant Nepenthe. The food is on such an exceptional level Im at a loss of words for how perfectly prepared my meals have been there. I get the feeling they all try to out one another. The rolls were served hot with a generous portion of butter. The blue chees dressing was light not heavy like like most Blue Cheese dressings and flavorful. The chicken breat was smoky, moist and grilled to perfection serrounded by a brown mushroom gravy. The berry pie was crumbly, moist and wonderfully acid countering the creaminess of the ice cream. Damn that beer was good and drunky too!
