This isnt directly Off Kilter related except for the fact that it appears Disney is heading in new directions and plans to saturate World Showcase with more Frozen-mania. They plan to erect a huge new meet-and-greet building on one of the plots of land directly adjacent to the Norway pavilion which was originally set aside for a new country pavilion.
