This issue took on a life of its own over the past couple of days. The County Board has found no statutes have been violated, however we have a group of indidviduals who are outraged at supposed violations of the MCRC and State By-Laws. The County Board found that there was no violation of the statutes. If there is a chasm betweeen the two entities. That is where the aggrieved should work to close if they care to. There have been no victims so far in this matter and I see no great crime. I have watched this entire video and cannot see a big deal anywhere. Even though I seem to some not to have the depth to understand such complicated issues. Fix the wording in the By-Laws or change the statute.....Simple.
