This just in from Edward Johnson, a super advocate for cetaceans and the health of the oceans: I am saying not again, just last month in the same vicinity 50 pilot whales stranded, and as usual no contributing caused have been identified, WHAT? Not so fast, reading the article those neocrpsied had empty stomachs, which means they could have lost their capacity to navigate & secure food at some point in the past. Looking at our blog dealing with the stranding last month we identified a NAVAL exercise having taken place preceding that stranding. Of course officials would prefer keeping the real truth from the general public.
