This kitty has been hanging out around my neighborhood since summer (west end off Granger & 36th) and Ive always assumed he had a home because he wears a collar (no name or number though, just a 49ers tag) but Im a little concerned now that I saw him outside this morning when it was only 13 degrees outside. Before I start going door to door, thought Id post here to see if someone claims him. Im worried about him being out in the cold.
