In the footage, the woman whips the little girl a horrific 87 times with a branch, kicks her 14 times, and slaps her face eight times. The video begins with the woman whipping the front of the child’s legs with a stick, occasionally pausing only to yell at the little girl before resuming her assault. After what seems like an eternity, the woman stops beating the child with a stick and begins to punch and kick her. All the while, the child’s screams are ignored by the monster brutalizing her. MailOnline says police are unable to charge the woman, but a commenter disputes that claim — and explained the woman has been arrested. Both assertions are unsourced. Many are curious as to the identity of the person filming this horrific attack, and are questioning why that person chose not to intervene, calling the individual behind the camera a coward.
