This lady is worn out today! I wanted to get to church! I love God and all he has for me! He is my rock and my drink when I am thirsty! He is my friend and my father! He loves me unconditionally. He has blessed me and my family beyond my wildest dreams! He is my hereo! He shelters me from the wind and rain blowing in my life sometimes and always gently Woos me back if I get out from under his umbrella and start burning in the sun! I am resting today! I am not used to running short runs I do better with longer runs! I dont have to run as fast as a race pace! Icing my knee and stretching my neck that has been in pain since 6am!
