This lawsuit is so confusing. I have no idea where to even begin on most of it. Home health aides not doing their damn jobs (on a level that would disgust most of you), the 911 phone call saying my dad was overdosing the night before he passed and when the EMT shows up hes fine with absolutely no signs of even taking any medicine, the aides trying to throw my dad under the bus saying he had drug dealers coming over all the time, my dads wallet, license, money, bank card, social sec card, van title and all.. Gone. The $1000+ from his soc. sec. check each month (May 13 and June 13) spent AFTER he died.... And that doesnt even cover HALF of the shit Im about to deal with. I know this could very well take the next 10 years of my life. I sure hope its worth it in the end, Im about to stick it to em.
