This link explains the chemistry between atmospheric carbon and the increasing acidity of the ocean which is wiping out our coral reefs. Since the industrial revolution the Ocean s acidity has increased by 30% if we continue to emit carbon at the level we are it will Double compared to pre-industrial times.. In those structures live over a Million species which this video says will be lost in 20 or 30 years. Higher acidity will extinguish many species that are an integral food source for fish. The story is very grim and it doesnt even get to the massively reduced quantities of Photoplankton. Bad news huh?
