This little fellow was found on Cross Road Shannonville. Initially when he was passed by the girl who rescued him he was sitting in a ditch. She witnessed him coming out of the ditch and wagging his tail every time a car came into view. She stopped her car and opened her door and this little guy jumped in. This was at 7 pm at night. When speaking to her neighbour she was told that he had been there in the same spot at 1 pm that afternoon and did the same to her. He is now in Fixed Fur Lifes foster system. He is young, VERY skinny, his entire coat is matted into one piece, his nails were so long he had trouble walking and they had almost grown into the pads on his feet, has an eye infection and he is not neutered. He will be examined by a vet, neutered, groomed, vaccinated and will be put up for adoption if not claimed. He had zero identification or microchip.
