This little glossy fell on my doormat yesterday. Whilst it attempts to reassure us that the CCG have consulted widely with communities and understand our priorities for provision of integrated health services across Cumbria, it offers only a token nod to the major concerns expressed by this campaign. My advice to the CCG and the North Cumbria Programme Board is to go back to the drawing board and devise a symmetrical PR campaign that gives credence to the views expressed by this public. At the end of the day you may not be able to deliver a sustainable outcome from a starting point of a financial crisis.
