This little lady needs help... Yesenia Rodriguez from Lindenwood RE: UPDATE: Senior who needs help paying rent. Dear More Financially Stable Neighbors, We first sent out this plea, 12/16/14, a close neighbor, a senior who has severe illnesses & is on oxygen, needs help to pay the difference between what she has and what she needs to equal her January 1st rent. She has already received rental assistance for one prior months rent (criterion for that program is one time only). We do have a plan for her on-going. She just needs a little help now... As of I 12/19/14, we have received the following donations. We are still very short. Perhaps a group or church members, Block of Neighbors or Neighborhood can pass the hat to collect enough funds needed. We must give $1000 for this vulnerable senior with severe medical illnesses by Mon. 12/29/14 to pay Jan. 1st rent. Needed: $1,000 $55 + = $ 945 - CHECK OR CASH (do not mail cash) acceptable.
