This little one was left tied to a door knob. He was taken in and held extended time because the owner wanted him back. She was out of the state and had a neighbor feeding him while TIED TO A DOOR KNOB. We were not allowed to take him nor did he receive any medical care at to include basic flea removal. THE DOG WAS INFESTED WITH FLEAS. He sat in a crate for 10 days like this in the shithole. Cindy made a comment to several of us and we will all testify to this. She wanted to keep him around because hes cute. This was opposed to us getting him medical treatment and grooming. We had secured his place with CAPP and then were told they decided to give him back to his owner. I flipped out and went to LT Beinduga who immediately called the owner and pretty much told her she either signs the dog over or would be facing animal cruelty charges. She of course surrendered him. Heres the bad part. Cindy the ACO didnt bother taking pictures of him tied to the door knob, not the food being thrown on the floor, not the feces and urine he was forced to stand in. The pictures we took are the only documented pictures that this dog came from their facility. Of note all of the ACOs were purchased brand new cameras too that are in the van. So they are not feeding the dogs more than once a day, they are only cleaning every 12 hours, they are not following up on animal cruelty, they are not catching all stray dogs and requesting some be shot, they are not picking up injured cats.. What are they doing? What is your tax money going to ?? We are not liars. We had to sneak pretty much all pictures we took. As this was not allowed. We were only allowed to take pictures of the dogs she chose for us to share on Pet Connection. CAPP has taken this little pumpkin in and he has been rehomed. You see the difference in a matter of less than an hour of him getting basic care. A groomer and flea meds would have been less than the 200 quota they restrict the dogs to?? You decide are we liars ??
