You just added a little sunshine to our day. “Spontaneous lunchtime choice.” 5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 March 2014 NEW In Belper on an errand,around lunchtime earlier today I was attracted by the appearance of this informal bistro. I was greeted with a smile, found a table and discovered an interesting menu. I chose their version of Eggs Benedict. I have spent many years travelling to more than 40 countries on business and have stayed at hundreds of hotels and eaten in some very fine restaurants. I am delighted to say that the quality of the ingredients matched the cooking and presentation. Perfectly poached eggs, extremely tasty bacon with quality black pudding and the Hollandaise sauce made for an unexpectedly enjoyable lunchtime. The salad complemented it all perfectly. Very pleased to have found somewhere close enough so I dont need my passport and a plane ticket in my retirement. I am not a professional reviewer and this is only the second review I have ever written. Nourish @ 44 was worth writing about.
