This made me bawl. Having lost 100 pounds in less than a year at age 48, Ive been at an intentional stand still because my body has taken on the form of a down comforter thats been tossed in the dryer on high too long. Im lumpy and jiggly and theres not much good I can see whilst naked versus my previous size. Im terrified of what will come as I lose more because of how gruesome the results are so far and it has me a bit paralyzed.
