This makes me sad, but I cant say that I disagree. I think my generation was the last idealistic generation, and I think they sold out to greed. I think subsequent generations followed in their footsteps. I keep waiting for an end to the shallow, unethical, Walmart, self-centered, F-your neighbor mentality I see. I keep waiting for people to believe they can make changes. Hope it happens before I die. This is an epic piece of writing. Too bad its just a television show and no one really cares. Cynical. Yes. Definition of a cynic: Diogenes stated that other dogs bite their enemies, I bite my friends to save them.
