This makes me very sad and angry. This poor girls skin is extremely crusty and dry. Her nails have been neglected far too long and she is incredibly overweight. It is beyond me to even contemplate treating another living being with such utter disrespect and obvious neglect and the person who did this should be ashamed. No wonder she is so grumpy. She has been bathed, trimmed and is now on a diet so hopefully her attitude will improve.
