This man is a political prisoner and victim of the American Police State. He stood up for his rights and hurt no one. The Marion County Sheriffs Office in Florida (infamous for using excessive force and having one of the highest conviction rates in the entire state) decided to send in a SWAT team to arrest him for allegedly driving on a suspended license, a victimless misdemeanor which multiple Supreme Court rulings have determined isnt even a real crime. He was on the phone for a couple hours with the SWAT negotiator, during which time he informed the cops of his constitutional rights. And for that they opened fire on him. Now the cops are lying about what happened. Hes facing ten counts of attempted murder on law enforcement. Yet he did NOT try to kill anyone, he never shot at them. They were the aggressors. Their actions that day are reminiscent of what happened at Ruby Ridge, and sound like something we could expect to hear about from the Soviet Union. America has become a Police State. The USA has 5% of the worlds population and yet houses 25% of its prisoners. Please give this page a like and share Dustins story. He is an innocent man.
