This man is incredible and speaks with such rare eloquence-in-vehemence- that it seems to hearken back to an older time. His statements however, couldnt be more contemporary, timely, and sorely needed. Please raise up your voice for Gaza and the Palestinian people. We must not let another holocaust be ignored and forgotten. There are still SO many people cowering in fear, starving, in desperate need of medical and psychological relief - and yet the Israeli government, in collusion with the American and Egyptian governments continue to destroy life and all human dignity with it. I refuse to let the US government kill with my silent consent. I will NOT let myself fall into the murderous throes of history. My only recourse beyond charity is the unrelenting utility of protest, of outcry, of outrage- the relentless proliferation of information to help throw off the sway of this tidal of horrible propaganda designed to perpetuate myths, to worship fear and engender doubt in GOOD people. It is perhaps most terrifying to me that even very intelligent people are being lulled to sleep by this conflict. Propaganda is an insidious beast and not always easy to route out. To dig for truth is a challenging task indeed and uncovers real horror- which in itself can be paralyzing- but if good is to be done, it must be endured! It must be the fire and urgency we use to continue to fight in defense of human rights and the sanctity of human life. #freepalestina
