This man is responsible for the worst customer service in American history. He presides as a pocket-filled-with-cash-head of COMCAST who will not return an inadvertent $2300 electronic funds transfer over-payment on a monthly bill that must be paid to another vendor immediately. He does not have a customer service established that is truly helpful to the consumer. The consumer is not allowed to call directly to people who are supposedly responsible for handling over-payment situations. He does not allow phone calls in or out of these offices. He only allows contact through useless call centers who have no knowledge or authority to make things happen, even at local managerial levels. Even 5/3 bank has tried to intervene and help. COMCAST will not answer their phone that has been given after much arguing with local managers. They will not return calls to my bank. They will not return calls to me. For all I know, they are not even processing a return of funds in any manner. This kind of customer service is unconscionable and Brian L. Roberts should be fired without a golden umbrella and replaced. Of course, we know how that will go, dont we? The same as their customer service!
