Exactly which people were the forefathers referring to? It really does not seem to be African Americans or other minorities. I pray we can began to make a positive difference. We need more color in law enforcement and in law. Too many in power are abusing it. I agree that our culture needs to change its mind set also. Together, we can make a difference!!
