This may be a little difficult for people to believe, which I expect and understand... Today Im sharing for the first time the results of my collaborations with Andy Kaufman. 12 years ago he visited me in a series of dreams, beginning on the night I turned 35 which was the same age he was when he died. After each dream I got up and recorded on tape recorder or hand-held digital device on a variety of instruments depending on where we were staying at the time. This is VERY different music than most people know from me... Because of a series of recent events, starting with my new friendship with Donald Rubinstein its become obvious that now is the time to share these recordings. Theres a much longer description on the Bandcamp page where you can stream and/or download the music. Theres also more material than this. I may arrange these for a larger band at some point, well see. In the meantime here are some of them basically as originally recorded... Also on this new Bandcamp account of mine are other albums for download including: On Debussys Piano And..., my duo with Stefano Scodanibbio, The Gowanus Session with Nels Cline and William Parker, my new album with Gino Robair, Magimc with Stefano Giust and Edoardo Marraffa, Soar Trio with Joel Peterson and Skeeter Shelton, several TSIGOTI albums with Andy Cap, Matteo Bennici, Piero Spitilli, and Jacopo Andreini, The View From Up with Francesco Dillon, Marco Rogliano, and Daniele Roccato, recordings of me playing compositions of Debussys on the piano in which he composed them, and Dear Future, which are old recordings from my high school and college years, and more to come. Thanks to all, Tholl
