This mentality is surely alive and well today. I mean I can STILL go on YouTube today and find people still calling people nigger out of anger. I get angry with various people and never have I associated it with their race, theyre just assholes regardless. Id like to think that with my generation, even though hate is still spread, we have a greater prevalence of educated, liberal individuals who can create an environment for greater equality.
