This message and other conversations just reinforce the need for everyone (men and women, with and without children) to consider more of their lives than the next moment or even the next five years. Living in the moment should be automatic and a five year plan is the minimum. Those things are just small steps in your bigger life plan. And most people dont have one. This is about more than one womans bad decision. Unfortunately, many people who are in their comfortable ruts will look down on her and miss an opportunity to inspect their own lives. We all want heaven in some form or another. How are we going to get there? Those plans will be individual. We each have our own priorities. Make a real commitment to your self. List your priorities. Create a vision for your life. Write a mission statement. Look at them often. Things change. Feel free to make adjustments to your trajectory. This will help us make better decisions. We all need help. Often we can help ourselves.
