This might be a little long, but here goes. Anyone whos friends with me either on fb or not, knows I can get a little mushy about my most amazing wife and love of my life, Mindy Newman Childs. So I once again am going to share a piece of my soul with you about her. I have not had the best of years health wise. I wont get into that because this is way more important than anything that has happened. So here it comes. Mindy, of all the people who have come into and out of my life you astonish me with your courage and uplifting spirit. You have been there with me through this eventful year and have continued to keep me looking forward and not back. You are my rock and I will never stop trying to be a better man for you. Without you in my life these tumultuous months I would have quit and crawled in a hole and dealt with this turmoil the way I always have, but you wouldnt let me stay down long. You have a light shining from within that I could never deny. You are truly my guardian angel and as sure as Im typing this, my gift from god. In my wedding vows I promised to be a better man. A man you could love and be proud of. I promise Ill shake this black cloud over my head and work continuously to become that man. Thank you seems like such an insignificant praise for all you do. I want you to know, I AM a better man because of you. I love you beyond my heart and soul.
