This might not be what some people want to hear and some of you - TopicsExpress

This might not be what some people want to hear and some of you might disagree with it but this is my personal experience. Illness STOPPED me in my tracks and I was close to bed ridden many days, for many months. Yes - finding the right doctor helped but it was vitamins that changed things. More importantly - it was changing the way I think that made the BIG difference. A friend told me not to focus on what I could not do and to praise my body and feel gratitude for the things it could do. Believe me, there were days that the only working part I had was my eyes and so I praised them. Changing my mindset moved me out of the habit of feeling stressed and into a space of gratitude. So many things started to change and I am flabbergasted at the energy I have and what I achieve. My RA has been flaring up for the last 3 days and I have taken a few pain killers but its no big deal and I know that its temporary. Just a little reminder to be grateful.
