This might not make sense to some people but for our journey it - TopicsExpress

This might not make sense to some people but for our journey it was a special moment we wanted to share... Myles would like to announce that he has completed his compulsory course requirements for high school math (just finished Grade 11 exam) and he will NEVER take another math course again!! He will not be contributing to any mathematical equations that will change the course of history and although he has the utmost respect and is grateful for those who will, he is certain he will not be among them. I am proud of my boy for conforming to a school system that was not designed to suit his needs and applaud him for finding away to educate himself in areas that do not interest him because that is important in becoming a whole person. I am also thankful we had the knowledge, resources and community support to find him training and inspiration outside of the system to grow into the amazing person he is becoming. I know he will soar through the rest of his academic courses and go on to become a CREATOR and ARTIST that will move mountains in his own way. My wish is that all young people could have the resources and find a way to grow into the best most happy and challenged person possible. Maybe one day the school system will be that well-rounded and whole place. Until then we thank the educators who do their best with the resources they have every single day. Love you Myles Erlick Myles Nicassio. PS thought Id include a pic of him with Queen Ellen DeGeneres since she also noticed what an amazing dude he is. ;)
