This month 4 years ago I took a leap of faith, quit my soul-less corporate job, and started Kirk Dewindt Personal Training knowing my passion lied with helping others. My humble beginnings had me based out of my small, apartment complex gym- in that first year there were times when I doubted I could make it on my own, times I had to call mom and dad and ask for help, and times when I was deeply worried I would fail. Those hard times made made me truly appreciate what I have now and proud to have created something with such meaning to me and others. I am happy to say The days of doubt are behind me and Im only looking to the future. Thanks to my family and friends for your support along the way and to my clients for your hard work and relentless pursuit of your health and fitness goals. I am one lucky and proud Personal Trainer.
