This month our muscle of the month is the Biceps! Dumbbell Bicep curl: Stand with the feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent and you’re back straight. Chose the correct weight and place in each had, with the pals facing forwards and elbows straight. Bend your elbows to lift the dumbbells from up by your thighs to up to your shoulders. Avoid swinging the weights or arching the back to help lift the weights. Slowly return the weights to the starting position.
