This months Evening Guidance Series session NCAA - Becoming a College Athlete will be held on Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. in the middle school LGI room. Student athletes from grades 8 to twelve that have aspirations of collegiate athletic participation and parents should attend. Mr. Rick Christensen, Assistant Director for Compliance at Duquesne University, will be the featured speaker along with our own athletic director, Dr. Kevin Deitrick, and a panel of current and former collegiate athletes and coaches. Important information regarding NCAA eligibility regulations and requirements, coursework and processes to be completed during high school and college recruitment paths and timelines will be covered.
