Approximately three weeks from now, Congress will be asked to raise the debt ceiling again. This should not be done without attaching common sense, pro-growth reforms that will help create jobs and put America on a better fiscal path. I urge our negotiators to use this pressure point as an opportunity to move forward our core principles: creating jobs, controlling spending, and reducing the size of government.
