This morning Bill and I went 4 wheeling in West Point, TN......and I wanted to pick blackberries for a cobbler. Bill kept telling me that WalMart sells blackberries every day....and I kept saying it wouldnt be the same. He said, Youre right. We wouldnt be getting stuck by sticker bushes, eaten by mosquitos, and watching for snakes! LOL Bill just finished a bowl of cobbler with vanilla ice cream and a cup of coffee. He said that our blackberry picking expedition was worth it. For dinner we had grilled chicken skewers with tomatoes, mushrooms, and bell peppers...grilled squash and eggplant....corn on the cob and bacon/cheese twice cooked potatoes.
