This morning, I attended the funeral of a man who had a HUGE impact on my spiritual growth as a teenager. I am the person that I am today because of the sacrifice that he (and others like him) made to invest in the future of the kids at First Baptist Church of Ozark. As I watched several of them be pallbearers, with many others in the crowd, I was overwhelmed with gratitude for their selfless work with me and others like me. To all of you who had a hand in leading me closer to the cross as a teen... thank you.
