This morning I did Strong Legs workout in socks because I left my strength slides at home. But what an awesome workout you can get while in socks. This section of exercises will work your core and your legs. Really effective and fun!! Try it out before the celebrations begin and food is the focus. I love starting my days with workouts. It reminds me what to be thankful for. Im thankful for family and the ability to workout. Thankful for health and a good job. Happy Thanksgiving.
