This morning I did a calisthenics WOD. 5 rounds for time 300m Run 5 Bar muscle up 1 Foward Roll 1 Skin the Cat 3 Pull up - 1 rep of muscle up per round. Video is my last round 1 Bar Muscle Up 1 Forward Roll 1 Skin the Cat 3 Pull up Calisthenics gets very hard as your bodyweight increase and the amount of weight you can lift increase. Struggle with muscle up at round 3 onwards. Almost wanted to use the elastic bands. Progression, progression, progression! Time for some evening yoga!
