This morning I have to feature my hubby!!! When I first met him (about 6 years ago), he was HUGE (meat-head) but had ZERO balance, ZERO core strength & ZERO cardio ability. Over the last 6 years, his FUNCTIONAL strength, balance & cardio have been a focus (and hes still big) and NOW, in his mid-forties, he is, without a shadow of a doubt, in the best shape of his life!!! This exercise is complicated! Push-ups on a barrel are tough without doing jacks, on a bosu ball, AFTER a heavy chest session. Ok, ok, yes, Im bragging about my hubby...but hey, hes my man & if I cant do it, who can?! ❤️❤️
