This morning I left for work and at the edge of our neighborhood - TopicsExpress

This morning I left for work and at the edge of our neighborhood realized I had forgotten something at home. I turned the car around in frustration, facing not just a rainy day, but a rainy Monday! I grumbled all the way back to the house. I grumbled as I raised the garage door. I grumbled as I ran in to retrieve what Id forgotten. I grumbled some more as I backed out of the driveway once again. As I turned right out of our neighborhood this is the picture God longed for me to see, the picture I would have missed. It was as if He was telling me in his own words, I havent left you. I gird your path ahead of you. I am a solid rock behind. I am. David Sparks feels like we have been all over Facebook a bit too much. I might agree. As I went to bed last night I wondered if we were over-sharing our journey. This morning I have been reading all of our updates and notes. I have been long-winded, and often times needy. You have heard from us nearly every other day. We have bombarded you with prayer requests. Our lives have been an open book. And you, you have carried us. Your prayers have sustained us. Your arms have consoled us. Your giving has made physical changes to our home that have made it adaptable and comfortable. Your love has reminded us of the beautiful, life-sustaining promises of God. I cant promise that the over-sharing will stop. I can promise that David and I face each new day with optimism and hope, even as we face reality, because you have been a beacon of light to us and the many who have shared this journey. I gird your path ahead of you. I am a solid rock behind. I am. Megan Sparks Bracken Matt Bracken Luke Sparks Carol Sparks Mickey Mosher
