This morning I was talking to a friend and a memory was shared. It was from a meeting with the youth ministry, several years ago. In the meeting one of the youth leaders was sharing that his heart was beginning to turn toward a change that he felt God was calling him to - and he continued to share the hope he saw ion the vision. Suddenly, one of the older members of the group interjected a question: Where is your Timothy? The young man seemed as if a shock had traveled through him as he absorbed the question. You could see the thought of it entering as his face changed expression. I still have wonder over that memory. The call to attend to the place you are stepping away from, securing the ground BEFORE you step on. And the idea that we all have a Paul and we all have a Timothy if we reallyh look at it. The Apostle Paul said, Follow me as I follow Christ. So, who has the Lord put in the path you are walking? Who has the experience and insight to speak into your life right now? And who has he put right next to you - who is right there for you to pass on the blessing and the insight to of your journey? Where is your Paul? And WHERE is your Timothy? Yes, the Body supplying all that we need.
