This morning I woke up and decided to lay clear quartz crystal points all over my face, and bigger ones along my throat and down to my heart chakra. I then placed some rose quartz directly on my heart chakra. I also decided to lay on a selenite wand. I was doing this on my bed so it was a very comfortable experience. And then I put some relaxing music on and closed my eyes. And the feeling I got was overwhelming. It brought me to tears. Its like that feeling u get when ur right about to sneeze. U take in a deep breath and u anticipate a release but for me it was tears. Not of sadness tho...I dont know where it came from but it just happened. And I felt my heart flutter. And it wouldnt stop. I felt my heart feel so excited and my breath couldnt keep up. And I had to end it all prematurely. I got a little overwhelmed by it all. Ill try it again tomorrow. I feel like Ive built a little private world for myself behind my eyelids, and my subconscious is wanting so badly to show me something and the crystals help amplify that desire to show me, something really important....but I have this innate fear. Slowly I know Ill get closer to seeing or feeling whatever it is Im meant to see.
