This morning, a knock on the door revealed the presence of a bright smiling young man, in his Boy Scout uniform. Good morning, Maam; I am a Boy Scout and Im collecting food for those in need. It was wonderful to see another scout, and the Troop leader walking on the other side of the street. Moments like this make me so happy, seeing young boys giving their time to help the community, growing into wonderful young men. And then I have my young girl third cousins (or cousins twice removed) across the country, selling Girl Scout cookies for the same reason. I love buying boxes to donate to the troops. Imagine the looks on their faces when they get a care package from home. Add to that Mizzou mens basketball is currently staying about even with Kentucky (for now), and life just doesnt get any better than this!
