This morning, as I dwell in the presence of God to worship Him, I found my self crying to my God, lifting my hands to Him and on bended knees; I recalled all the goodness of God in my family; and tears continued to flow from my eyes: 1. My husband, John met a vehicular accident last July 6, 2013. The car was badly wrecked but he suffered no injury. Not a single bruise was found in him. 2. Prior to the vehicular accident, he was wrongly charged with both criminal and civil cases, but the same were dismissed. 3. On November 9, 2013, my daughter, Jireh, was admitted at St. Lukes due to dengue. On the 15th, 2:00AM, she was rushed to ICU due to sudden multi-organs dysfunctions. Her lungs, heart, liver, kidneys and brain were affected. She was near to death. At this point, I humbled down myself before God. I asked for His intervention and faithfully claimed His promise of healing. Suddenly, after one hour of wrestling with God, I felt a different kind of peace. Peace that transcends human understanding; and I heard a very soft and still voice that told me, Jireh will live she will not die. Only then I got up. I had peace in my heart and mind, being secured that Jireh would surely live. True enough, on her 10th day in the ICU, the doctors declared that she was out of danger. God miraculously healed her. Even the doctors were amazed that Jireh survived considering that all her vital signs and laboratory results showed that she was getting worse day by day. But, the medical condition of my daughter did not stop there. She was found suffering ADEM, an inflammation of the neurons of the brain. Her over-all functioning was impaired. This broke all our hearts, seeing my precious child being stricken with a very rare disease. Again, I prayed to God. This time not ask for healing because I believed that when God heals, He healed completely; but to thank God in advance and to declare that Jireh will leave the hospital talking and walking. Indeed, after one month of confinement, my daughter, Jireh, left the hospital walking and talking. There is more to that, on May 30, 2014, her latest MRI, read as, The previous defects on her brain are no longer appreciated, revealing a COMPLETE healing of her brain. Up to these days, I stand amazed on Gods goodness, loving-kindness and faithfulness. My God is an awesome God. Many are the afflictions of the righteous but God delivers him out from them all. Psalm 34:19 To all who suffer great afflictions, stand firm in your faith; if you dont you will not stand at all. No afflictions are grater than our God. To GOD BE ALL THE GLORY, HONOR, POWER and PRAISES!
