This morning at 6am I finally got round to watching WWE Raw and heard an impassioned speech by my childhood hero the Ultimate Warrior, after many years away from the spot light he came back to thank the fans and accept his rightful place in the Hall of Fame. I had a huge smile on my face as he shook the ropes which gave me an amazing wave of nostalgia. 1 hour later my brother text me to tell me the Ultimate Warrior had passed away. My heart sunk and could barely get through my first pt session of the day. I then headed to the gym, tears rolled down my face as I completed a lack lustre leg workout. The Warrior to me and millions of people was a real life super hero, an extraordinary physique and energy that no one in any form of sports or entertainment could compare with. He inspired me in the gym and in the ring and more recently his YouTube interviews I followed the man and drew inspiration from his quote Always believe. I am deeply saddened to hear of Warriors passing at 54 years of age and eternally grateful for the inspiration and memories he has given me. Thank you Warrior Rest in Peace. Grant
