This morning has been an extremely humbling experience for us at the Vixen Workout, as our story has been shared on the largest newswires. Our mission is to make sure that all of you have the opportunity to tap into your best self. Most of us have forgotten who that person is, a lot of us have never even experienced that person. Our mission is to spread awareness about the importance of a womens health. Not only physically, but mentally. We do this through a sisterhood, that we call the #vixenarmy. Each one of you is a solider in our mission to create a social change where it is not only OK for women to put themselves first, it is a necessity. Thank you for all your love and support.
