This morning my mother gave me something very special that I had thought I had lost forever. After my divorce a few years ago, I had a box where I kept all the things that meant the most to me ....and during a chaotic period of my life, I had lost this box. I havent seen the contents in over six years. It was almost like going through a time capsule. My comic books, pictures of old friends, love letters, my poetry, and military records and awards....I found an folder with letters from basic training from my family and I felt my heart burst when I found a letter my grandmother had wrote before she passed. It was like I could hear her voice in my ears as I read her words of encouragement. It really motivated me and reminded me of what is really important. This has been the best gift that I had ever received
