This morning on Interstate 20 heading to work, I was passing through Newton County near exit 90 when a DeKalb County Marshal SUV passed me at nearly 90 miles an hour. He was not using blinkers to change lanes and traveling much faster than the flow of traffic. I got up to 85 and he still was pulling away. But I did get his car number and reported it to their office when I got to work. You can not enforce the law if you dont obey the law and speeding is not a perk of being in law enforcement.
