This morning on my run/walk, one of my usual companions for a stretch came out to greet me. As we came up on some much smaller dogs he let them run him away out of his territory. He tried to sneak back into the area that was really his when he could have easily fought them off or at least scared them by using his much stronger bark. Even though he was much larger in size he let their weak sounding barks intimidate him and run him away. He looked weak and defeated. I thought about how some Christians can be like that. We let the enemy run us away from what is rightfully ours when we are the much bigger champion. Run with the big dogs and stand firm on whats rightfully yours. Let him know that youre not scared. You know who wins this fight. Im looking for some champions, some people who have fight left in them and who have something to celebrate. Come out and help me fight the enemy on Friday night at the Crown Arena! Get there early to get good parking and first come, first serve seating (unless you purchased a priority ticket).
