This morning the High Court ordered the IEBC ro give Madam Kethi Kilonzo all the finger prints captured in BVR kits in Langata. The IEBC said since they could not sort them out they would send her all the finger prints for the whole country which would take days to download. And so its as I said long ago, the biometric data we gave IEBC will be in the public domain sooner than we think. Reason why many criminals decided not to register as voters.
