This morning was absolutely sensational. Carlos Porrata and I met well before sunrise to see if we could get a beat on some animals. We ended up seeing 6 owls flying right at sunrise. It was incredible. After the light hit, we caught these two Harriers preening on nearby fence posts. You rarely see one, let alone a male and a female together in the same frame. They both gave us a flyby, which was a TOTAL shock. The male is isnt called the Grey Ghost for nothing! They are very people shy. Special morning for sure. Hope you enjoy them! © Daniel Dietrich
