This morning we went on a lovely autumn walk exploring our environment. The children had fun finding and jumping in puddles, making lots of splashes. We watched as the wind blew and the leaves danced along the ground and blew off the trees. We also saw a helicopter, an aeroplane and lots of dogs. This afternoon we continued the national nursery rhyme week challenge, today was Mary Mary quite contrary. The children coloured in silver bells, cockle shells and pretty maids, we then glued them in rows onto a grass landscape and added a picture of each child with a watering can. We finished it off with the words to the rhyme. They look brilliant :)
