This morning when I woke up I walked passed the window and saw Jessicas car in the driveway... I immediately became annoyed ... Why wasnt she at school??? I felt like my mother did 27 years ago ... I opened her bedroom door to see her sitting at her vanity fixing her hair and she looked up at me apprehensive ... Like me 27 years ago... So there I was my mother, myself and my daughter all at the same time. Life goes by so fast.. I would do anything to call my mom right now and say I get it I understand now... I understand why you were grouchy when you did the bills , I understand why you were mad when you worked all day and came home to dishes in the sink ... I understand what you meant when you said pets are work!!!! I get it!!! I get why you liked wood floors, I get why you said health insurance is the most important insurance to have!!! All the things you said and did that didnt matter to me 27 years ago I get. My mom was right about so many things that I didnt understand at the time and now I get it... Missing my mom a little extra today and wishing I could tell her I love her and she was right.
